Search Parishes McMahon Parater Scholarship Foundation His Excellency the Most Reverend Barry C. Knestout is welcomed by children at Saint Mary Star of the Sea School in October 2019 In the Diocese of Richmond over 10 years into Virginias historic Education Improvement Scholarships Tax Credits program EISTC donors provided nearly 9385000 this year in new scholarships for qualified students to attend Catholic JK12 schools and received most of their money back in federal and Virginia tax savings. 1470 students received EISTC scholarships to attend one of the 30 accredited Catholic schools in the Diocese of Richmond which extends from Bristol to the Eastern Shore of Virginia for the 202223 school year. GIVE a Student the Gift of Catholic Education and GAIN a tax credit.
