#throwbackthursday to earlier this summer when Lawrenceville’s Heely Scholars in Archival and Historical Research beat the summer heat by working in the Bunn Library’s Archives Reading Room, delving into primary source material as part of their research studying how Lawrentians reacted to crises post-1900. With support from History Teacher and program director Laura Noboa-Berman and School Archivist Jacqi Haun, Heely Scholars mined collections in the School’s Stephan Archives and through excursions to other research institutions. Later this fall, they will develop a culminating senior thesis in the Advanced Research Seminar, and present a group project. (fb)
