Williston Historical Society Annual Meeting and Special Presentation Join us for the Annual Meeting of the Williston Historical Society, where members will vote on the slate of officers for the coming term. Following this brief business meeting, enjoy a special presentation: A Preview of a Forthcoming Book on the History of Burlington Airport Discover the fascinating story behind the growth of the Burlington Airport, as told through the eyes of Lucy McCullough, daughter of Grace and Harold Pugh—key figures in its early development. In 1977, Grace Pugh, Vermont’s first licensed woman pilot, wrote an informal book titled Burlington Airport: The First 25 Years for her children and grandchildren. Now, her daughter Lucy, together with other family members, is preparing to publish the work with additional stories, photographs, and historical context.
