Main Navigation WELCOME TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES Established in 1953 by a group of concerned parents Community Resources Staten Island CRSI has grown into one of the areas most experienced comprehensive voluntary service providers. Embracing the philosophy that what matters most is what you do with what you have our mission is to provide people of all ages and levels of ability who have an IDD intellectualdevelopmental disability andor mental health diagnosis the opportunities and experiences needed to achieve the highest level of independence reach their potential and lead rewarding productive lives as fully participating and contributing members of the community. CRSIs wide range of services which are designed to provide a lifetime continuum of care includes Residential Services with fifteen IRAs five supportive apartments Day Habilitation 3450 Victory Blvd. 10314 191 Port Richmond Ave.
