FJC staff—Julie Finkelstein (Senior Director of Programs), Jenni Zeftel (Programs Director), and Jessie Schwartzman (Southeast Regional Manager)—had a wonderful time at the Jewish Day Camp Network Conference ! Jenni presented on day camp staffing and data, while Julie spoke about FJC’s role and impact in the Jewish camping world. Julie and Jessie also led a conversation on staff recruitment and retention. The team deepened connections with camp leaders across North America, and we’re grateful to partner with our camp communities to enrich day camp experiences and strengthen vibrant Jewish life. (fb)
