Hoop Nights Welcome to Hoop Nights Hoop Nights is an organization with the primary focus of promoting pickup basketball at night. New Orleans has always thrived in its ability to maintain a strong sense of culture and community. As the city works to rebuild community centers and other necessary programs have been slow to return to areas of greatest need. HoopNights aims to bridge this gap.
