This summer at NDI New Mexico, we cooked our way around the world with some amazing young chefs! 🌎🍴 From savory Salvadoran pupusas to Mediterranean flatbread with hummus — and a delicious stop for American Chinese fried rice — our campers stirred, kneaded, and tasted their way through global flavors.
