Goal Setting Challenge (GSC) App! Project Description: This project is looking at the impacts of the Goal-Setting Challenge (GSC) App, a fully developed, technology-delivered self-determination intervention. In this study, students, teachers and schools will either use the technology-delivered GSC App or the teacher delivered Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction (SDLMI), the intervention on which the GSC App is based. We will look at the impacts of the GSC App, the SDLMI, and typical instruction in schools on students self-determination, goal attainment, and academic and transition outcomes. Ultimately, this project will provide important information to guide schools and teachers in selecting the most effective, including cost-effective, self-determination interventions that enhance student outcomes. https://kucd.ku.edu/gsc-app (fb)
