PSA: We are currently hiring for a PT Program Support Assistant! ★Provide administrative support to the Director of Programs & Partnerships, Training Manager, FSA Specialist, and provide backup coverage for the reception area. ★Ensure the accurate and regulatory-compliant maintenance of client records in alignment with federal and state guidelines and funding criteria. This entails meticulous tracking, upkeep, and regular updates of client data within databases and individual files, along with the compilation of information for mandatory reports on a quarterly, semiannual, annual, and ad-hoc basis. ★Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the client management database to enhance its functionality in support of our programs. ★Provide comprehensive program support, which includes preparing program packages, conducting outreach, following up with clients, overseeing client graduation processes, and participating in program evaluations. ★Assist in organizing and facilitating program orientations and validating program eligibility for prospective clients. ★Promote our programs through various means, including distributing announcements, building community relationships, and networking. Keep promotional materials current and engaging. ★Offer technical assistance to clients as needed, covering areas such as graphic design, photography, website development, and other relevant skills. ★Participate in staff meetings to share program progress updates and collaborate with colleagues to improve program effectiveness. ★Perform other duties as assigned.
