Angela's Angels comforts chronic pediatric patients and their families through their journey, by providing tools and resources that allow them to connect and cope. Angela's Angel's is dedicated to improving the lives of pediatric patients by enabling connection and growth through providing the patient with their very own tablet to keep, bringing the outside world to the patient. The tablet helps each patient connect to family members that may not be able to visit for numerous reasons, and open up learning opportunities allowing the patient to connect with their school classroom, and connecting with the hospital teacher through face-time due to isolation restrictions. It also allows the patient to explore the outside world or even do something as simple as play a game or watch a movie. Angela's Angel's is different because the device is a gift to be taken home after their journey and given with the utmost love a child should feel in any situation.
