Rockland County Police Benevolent Association Serving those that serve Rockland The Rockland County Patrolmenx27s Benevolent Association was founded in 1966 and represents the men and women of the following local police departments Clarkstown Orangetown Piermont Spring Valley Stony Point Suffern and the Rockland County Sheriffx27s Office Patrol and Civil Divisions. The men and women of Rockland County PBA are strong motivated and courageous law enforcement professionals. Rockland County is a quaint quiet and safe place to live and to raise a family. Some may believe this is natural or just the way it is here.
