Joanna Miller, Executive Director for the Catholic Charities agency Department for Persons with Disabilities (DPD) recently gave a presentation to the West Milford Rotary Club, discussing the DPD’s operations in providing support, assistance and housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering each person to become an active and valued member of their communities.
