Professional Driver Named TCA Highway Angel for Assisting Crash Victims in Missouri TCA has named Randy Fisher of Springdale, AR a TCA Highway Angel for his heroic actions at the scene of a serious crash on Interstate 29 near Saint Joseph, Missouri. On August 7, 2025, Fisher, who drives for ABF Freight out of Ft. Smith, AR, witnessed a northbound vehicle make an abrupt U-turn, leading to a T-bone collision. Both vehicles crashed into the median, with one rolling several times. Fisher pulled over immediately. He safely removed a female driver from one of the wrecked vehicles, contacted 911, and ensured she was stable. He then checked on the other driver, who was unresponsive, and worked with two bystanders to stabilize the vehicle until first responders arrived.
