Our club visited the Cook Community Clinic, formerly Lake Norman Community Health Clinic last week. They provide medical care to uninsured families within our community. Sarah Porter, Executive Director of the clinic, gave us a tour of the recent addition to the clinic. And, she gave us an update on the services that they provide to the community and how they plan to meet the needs of the community in the future.
