Lake Hubert Conservation Association Lake Hubert Minnesota Call to action. Read the notice from the LHCA Board below and consider writing to Governor Walz. For more than 10 years the state legislature has provided funds to help pay for local Aquatic Invasive Species AIS preventive programs and for AIS inspectors including at the Lake Hubert Public Landing. Governor Walz is proposing to cut this funding in half this coming fiscal year and its phase out in 2029.
